Closed for some years, now reopened

It's almost too good to be true: this ski touring tour on Ronachkopf has been reopened after 15 years! Many Thumersbach locals have lent a helping hand to bring this route back into usable condition. This tour is suitable for everyone – regardless of whether you are new to ski touring or have many years under your belt. The highlight: the panoramic view of the Schmittenhöhe.

Description of the Ronachkopf ski tour

The tour starts from Thumersbach with a leisurely rise in elevation. This is followed by a more exciting middle section. And after another flat section you will have reached the summit of the Ronachkopf above the Enzianhütte at 1,350 metres above sea level. A safe descent rounds off this tour.
