Jetzbachastensteig Trail

This hike no. 29 is more challenging, but offers a wonderful experience of hiking in the form of grand views of Zell's Alps, comfortable chalets and beautiful scenery – the alpine meadows are full of flowers and smell wonderful, especially in summer. The Mooserboden reservoirs are also at your feet. Hearty food at mountain inns such as the Schneckenreithalm invites you to take a rest and enjoy.

Jetzbach bridge – Augut – Schneckenreithalm – continue uphill on the trail – climb to the "Astn" – Jausenstation Glocknerblick – descent past Heli’s Maiskogelalmhütte hut – Schaufelberg forest trail back to the Kaprunerhof.
